About The Role

We are seeking AI Data Trainer Experts with strong expertise in smart farming and precision agriculture to support the development of advanced AI systems for modern agriculture. In this role, you will apply your domain knowledge to annotate, review, and evaluate data related to agricultural technologies, crop management, and data driven farming practices.

You will work with content covering precision monitoring systems, IoT enabled farm equipment, remote sensing, soil and crop health analytics, yield optimization, and sustainable farming practices. Your contributions will help ensure AI models accurately interpret agricultural data, generate reliable insights, and support decision making across the agricultural value chain.

This role is ideal for professionals or advanced students with hands on experience in agri tech, agricultural science, or digital agriculture who are interested in shaping the future of intelligent farming solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Annotate and validate agricultural datasets, technical documents, and AI generated outputs related to smart farming and precision agriculture
  • Evaluate model responses for accuracy, relevance, and real world applicability within agricultural contexts
  • Apply expertise in crop science, farm management, and agricultural technologies to improve training data quality
  • Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and errors in AI outputs and provide structured feedback
  • Support continuous improvement of AI systems used for crop optimization, resource efficiency, and sustainability
  • Validate content for scientific accuracy, relevance to agronomic practices, and technical coherence.
  • Identify errors, outdated practices, or misleading data within AI outputs related to agri-tech and farm optimization.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure content aligns with real-world agricultural workflows and sustainability objectives.

Qualifications

  • Certificate in Advanced AI Data Trainer Mastery from AIDRALabs (Recommended)
  • Strong understanding of modern farming technologies, data-driven agriculture, and environmental sustainability.
  • Current students or recent graduates in agriculture, environmental science, or agricultural engineering with relevant hands on or research experience are also encouraged to apply
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • English proficiency at B2, C1, C2, or Native level.
  • Experience working with or analyzing satellite imaging, soil sensors, yield tracking, or agri-drone data.
  • Familiarity with annotation platforms, agronomic decision support systems, or farm data software.
  • Knowledge of sustainable agriculture frameworks, regenerative farming principles, or food security research.
