About The Role

We are seeking Law Expert AI Data Trainers with a strong background in legal research, practice, or academia to help train AI systems in legal reasoning and compliance. In this role, you will review and annotate AI-generated content related to legal statutes, contracts, case law, and regulatory guidelines. Your contributions will enhance the AI’s understanding of legal language, argumentation, and jurisdictional accuracy across various legal systems.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated legal content, including case summaries, contracts, statutes, and legal analyses.
  • Ensure outputs align with jurisdictional accuracy, proper legal reasoning, and ethical interpretation.
  • Annotate and categorize content across domains such as civil law, criminal law, corporate law, or international law.
  • Identify and correct inaccuracies, misinterpretations, or improper use of legal terminology.
  • Apply structured QA protocols to maintain consistency in annotations and ensure high-quality legal datasets.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in legislation, court rulings, and regulatory frameworks relevant to assigned tasks.

Qualifications

  • Certificate in Advanced AI Data Trainer Mastery from AIDRALabs (Recommended)
  • 2+ years of experience as a legal practitioner, legal researcher, academic, or policy analyst.
  • In-depth knowledge of one or more legal systems, including statutes, procedures, and judicial interpretation.
  • Excellent ability to interpret and explain complex legal documents in a concise and structured manner.
  • Experience in reviewing legal documents, writing legal opinions, or performing legal audits.
  • English proficiency at B2, C1, C2, or Native level.
  • Familiarity with legal tech tools, compliance systems, or contract review software.
  • Experience with annotation platforms or AI training workflows for legal data.
  • Exposure to AI alignment or LLM evaluation tasks in legal or regulatory contexts.
