About The Role

We are hiring AI Content Data Trainers – SEO & Copywriting Optimization with a deep understanding of search engine optimization, digital copywriting, and content strategy. In this role, you’ll review and annotate AI-generated content to help improve the model’s ability to produce high-performing SEO articles, meta content, product descriptions, and marketing copy. Your expertise will help align the AI’s writing with industry standards for ranking, clarity, and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and annotate AI-generated content for SEO performance, keyword integration, and copy effectiveness.
  • Assess alignment with SEO best practices including search intent, content structure, keyword density, and semantic relevance.
  • Optimize AI responses for tone, readability, call-to-action strength, and brand alignment.
  • Label and categorize content according to funnel stage, keyword targets, and audience segmentation.
  • Identify factual inaccuracies, keyword stuffing, or content that lacks clarity or purpose.
  • Work closely with quality assurance guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy across annotations.
  • Stay updated on the latest in SEO trends, algorithm updates, and content optimization techniques.

Qualifications

  • Certificate in Advanced AI Data Trainer Mastery from AIDRALabs (Recommended)
  • Experience using SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer SEO, Yoast).
  • Familiarity with Google Search Console, keyword research methodologies, and SERP analysis.
  • Prior involvement in AI content review, annotation workflows, or LLM prompt evaluation.
  • Knowledge of conversion copywriting, e-commerce SEO, or AI-assisted content generation tools.
  • 2+ years of experience in SEO, copywriting, content strategy, or digital marketing.
  • Deep understanding of SEO principles (on-page, off-page, technical) and writing for ranking.
  • Experience with long-form and short-form content creation for web, e-commerce, or blog platforms.
  • Strong written communication and editorial skills.
  • English proficiency at B2, C1, C2, or Native level.
