About The Role

We are looking for Finance AI Data Trainers to support the development and evaluation of AI systems used in financial analysis, decision making, and reporting. In this role, you will apply your finance and accounting expertise to review, annotate, and assess AI generated content across a wide range of financial topics.

You will work with material related to budgeting, valuation, financial modeling, investing, market analysis, and financial reporting. Your feedback will help ensure AI outputs are accurate, compliant with financial best practices, and aligned with real world industry standards. This role is well suited for finance professionals or advanced students who enjoy analytical work and want to contribute to the future of AI driven financial tools.

Responsibilities

  • Review and annotate AI generated responses related to budgeting, valuation, financial modeling, investing, and market analysis
  • Ensure content accuracy in areas such as income statements, balance sheets, financial ratios, and investment risk.
  • Provide structured feedback on how AI responses align with financial best practices and industry standards.
  • Identify errors, oversimplifications, or inconsistencies in financial recommendations or calculations.
  • Apply defined taxonomies to categorize financial content by domain (e.g., corporate finance, fintech, personal finance).
  • Maintain consistency in evaluations and annotations across high volumes of financial training tasks.
  • Stay updated on financial regulation, tools, and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Certificate in Advanced AI Data Trainer Mastery from AIDRALabs (Recommended)
  • CFA, CPA, or similar financial certification is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with compliance, auditing, or fintech applications of AI.
  • 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, financial planning, or investment analysis.
  • Solid understanding of core financial concepts such as NPV, IRR, ROI, cash flow forecasting, and capital markets.
  • Experience with tools like Excel, QuickBooks, Bloomberg Terminal, or financial modeling software.
  • English proficiency at B2, C1, C2, or Native level.
  • Exposure to AI content evaluation, annotation platforms, or prompt engineering.
  • Experience with financial data interpretation, reporting, or modeling.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to financial detail and accuracy.
