About The Role

We’re hiring Business Expert AI Data Trainers to support the training of advanced AI systems in core business concepts, operations, and strategy. In this role, you’ll review and annotate AI-generated content related to business management, operations, marketing, finance, human resources, and entrepreneurship. Your input will guide the development of intelligent systems that assist businesses, consultants, and decision-makers across a wide range of industries.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated responses on business topics such as strategic planning, market analysis, operations, leadership, and team dynamics.
  • Annotate content to reflect accuracy in business frameworks, terminology, and real-world applicability.
  • Provide detailed feedback on business case studies, workflow processes, and organizational scenarios.
  • Flag inaccuracies, outdated practices, or inconsistencies in business-related AI content.
  • Apply structured labeling guidelines across a diverse set of business functions and domains.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure annotations align with industry standards and modern business practices.

Qualifications

  • Certificate in Advanced AI Data Trainer Mastery from AIDRALabs (Recommended)
  • 3+ years of experience in business management, consulting, entrepreneurship, corporate strategy, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of business principles, models (e.g., SWOT, PESTLE, BCG), and operational structures.
  • Experience working in or advising real-world business environments.
  • Excellent writing, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • English proficiency at B2, C1, C2, or Native level.
  • MBA or equivalent graduate-level education in Business Administration or Management.
  • Experience in cross-functional business roles (e.g., marketing + operations or finance + HR).
  • Familiarity with AI models, business intelligence tools, or enterprise software.
  • Prior experience in content evaluation, annotation platforms, or prompt refinement for LLMs.
