About The Role

We’re hiring AI Data Trainers – Social Media Trends & Moderation to help shape AI systems that understand, respond to, and moderate content within the dynamic world of social media. In this role, you will annotate and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to trending content, meme culture, platform-specific etiquette, and content moderation practices. Your work will ensure the AI systems stay current, context-aware, and aligned with platform safety guidelines and cultural nuance.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated content tied to social media trends, platform behavior, and digital interactions.
  • Annotate posts, comments, and responses with sentiment, topic tags, trend markers, and moderation decisions.
  • Assess whether AI-generated moderation decisions align with platform guidelines, tone policies, and community standards.
  • Flag harmful, misleading, biased, or inappropriate content, while preserving freedom of expression.
  • Track emerging trends, internet slang, and viral formats across platforms like X, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube.
  • Apply platform-specific moderation frameworks to assess safety, relevance, and contextual sensitivity.

Qualifications

  • Certificate in Advanced AI Data Trainer Mastery from AIDRALabs (Recommended)
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, content moderation, community management, or trend analysis.
  • Deep familiarity with meme culture, internet slang, digital communities, and viral trends.
  • Knowledge of content policies, moderation workflows, and digital safety protocols.
  • Strong communication and cultural analysis skills, especially across diverse online spaces.
  • English proficiency at B2, C1, C2, or Native level.
  • Background in communications, media studies, internet culture, or digital sociology.
  • Experience with content moderation tools, trend monitoring platforms, or annotation systems.
  • Familiarity with platform-specific moderation rules (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube policies).
  • Exposure to AI alignment, NLP moderation systems, or LLM safety evaluation work.
