About The Role

We’re hiring AI Content Curators – Memes, Pop Culture & Internet Language to help train AI systems to understand the evolving dynamics of online culture. In this role, you will curate, annotate, and assess meme content, viral trends, slang, emojis, and internet-native humor. Your expertise will help improve AI’s ability to comprehend and communicate using modern digital expressions while staying aligned with global social norms and platform guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Curate and annotate diverse internet content including memes, TikToks, tweets, Reddit threads, and GIFs.
  • Identify and categorize pop culture references, trends, internet slang, and cultural phenomena.
  • Evaluate AI-generated interpretations of memes and internet expressions for cultural accuracy and humor.
  • Flag culturally insensitive, outdated, or misused language or imagery.
  • Provide structured metadata to support machine understanding of meme formats, tone, context, and virality.
  • Stay ahead of trends across platforms like TikTok, X (Twitter), Reddit, YouTube, and Instagram.

Qualifications

  • Certificate in Advanced AI Data Trainer Mastery from AIDRALabs (Recommended)
  • Strong cultural awareness, humor recognition, and trend-spotting ability.
  • Excellent written communication and context evaluation skills.
  • English proficiency at B2, C1, C2, or Native level.
  • Background in linguistics, media studies, internet culture, or digital anthropology.
  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, meme marketing, digital communication, or internet culture research.
  • Deep understanding of meme history, social media ecosystems, and global digital communities.
  • Experience with content moderation or digital trend analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with annotation platforms or prompt tuning in LLMs.
  • Exposure to regional, multilingual, or niche digital communities.
