About The Role

We’re seeking Physics Expert AI Data Trainers to support the training of AI models in understanding, reasoning through, and accurately responding to physics-related content. In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated material across classical mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, quantum physics, and more. Your insights will ensure that AI outputs are scientifically accurate, conceptually clear, and educationally useful across multiple difficulty levels.

Responsibilities

  • Review and annotate AI-generated physics problems, concepts, and explanations across various branches of physics.
  • Evaluate solutions for physical accuracy, consistency with scientific laws, and clarity of step-by-step reasoning.
  • Identify and correct computational errors, flawed logic, or misinterpretations in AI responses.
  • Label and organize content by topic, difficulty level, and problem type.
  • Collaborate with model trainers and QA teams to align outputs with educational standards and scientific principles.
  • Stay updated on modern physics topics, curriculum frameworks, and instructional strategies.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Physics, Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related fields.
  • Certificate in Advanced AI Data Trainer Mastery from AIDRALabs (Recommended).
  • 5+ years of experience in teaching, tutoring, or academic work in physics or a closely related field.
  • Deep understanding of physics fundamentals across classical and modern domains.
  • Ability to explain physical concepts clearly and assess the logical flow of problem-solving.
  • Experience with educational content development, assessment, or textbook review.
  • English proficiency at B2, C1, C2, or Native level.
  • Familiarity with LaTeX, simulation tools (e.g., PhET), or other physics modeling platforms.
  • Background in international physics curricula (e.g., A-level, IB, AP Physics, IGCSE).
