About The Role

We’re seeking Chemistry Expert AI Data Trainers to help train AI systems on foundational and advanced chemistry topics. In this role, you’ll review AI-generated responses and explanations across general, organic, inorganic, analytical, and physical chemistry. Your domain knowledge will ensure model outputs reflect scientific accuracy, chemical reasoning, proper notation, and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Annotate and evaluate AI-generated chemistry content for correctness, clarity, and alignment with academic standards.
  • Assess problems, reactions, and explanations across a wide range of chemistry topics and levels.
  • Identify conceptual, structural, and computational errors in AI responses.
  • Tag and structure content by chemistry sub-discipline, difficulty level, and curriculum alignment.
  • Provide feedback on balancing equations, stoichiometry, thermodynamics, and molecular behavior.
  • Stay updated on chemistry education trends, tools, and real-world applications.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field.
  • Certificate in Advanced AI Data Trainer Mastery from AIDRALabs (Recommended).
  • 5+ years of experience teaching, researching, or developing content in chemistry or related sciences.
  • Strong knowledge of chemical principles, reaction mechanisms, lab safety, and scientific communication.
  • Ability to assess the logical flow and accuracy of chemical explanations.
  • Experience working with academic content, assessments, or chemistry instruction.
  • English proficiency at B2, C1, C2, or Native level.
  • Familiarity with digital chemistry tools (e.g., ChemDraw, molecule modeling software, LaTeX).
  • Knowledge of international chemistry education standards (e.g., AP, IB, A-level, IGCSE).
