About The Role

We’re hiring Coding Expert AI Data Trainers to help train and improve AI systems across a wide range of programming tasks. In this role, you’ll evaluate and annotate AI-generated code, review technical explanations, and ensure responses reflect best practices, efficiency, and accuracy. Whether you’re professionally trained or self-taught, your real-world coding experience will help shape models that assist developers, automate tasks, and support learning.

Responsibilities

  • Review and annotate AI-generated code snippets, functions, and programming tutorials.
  • Evaluate whether code meets prompt requirements, handles edge cases, and follows language-specific conventions.
  • Identify and correct logic flaws, syntax errors, or security issues in AI outputs.
  • Provide feedback on code readability, documentation, and optimization.
  • Support training tasks across scripting, web development, backend logic, and software architecture domains.
  • Stay updated on programming trends, language updates, and developer tools.

Qualifications

  • Certificate in Advanced AI Data Trainer Mastery from AIDRALabs (Recommended).
  • 2+ years of practical experience in software development, scripting, or technical problem-solving (self-taught developers are welcome).
  • Proficiency in at least the popular programming languages, such as:
    • Python
    • JavaScript/TypeScript
    • Java
    • C/C++
    • C#
    • Ruby
    • PHP
    • Swift/Kotlin
    • SQL
  • Strong understanding of core programming concepts: algorithms, data structures, control flow, and object-oriented design.
  • English proficiency at B2, C1, C2, or Native level.
  • Experience with version control (e.g., Git), testing frameworks, and debugging tools.
  • Familiarity with full-stack development, API design, or DevOps pipelines.
  • Exposure to prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, or AI-based coding assistants.
  • Background in open-source contributions, coding bootcamps, or online tech education platforms.
