About The Role
We’re hiring AI Training Specialists – Spanish Language & Regional Variants to improve AI systems’ understanding of Spanish across diverse dialects and cultural contexts. Your work will ensure that AI-generated content is grammatically accurate, contextually appropriate, and aligned with both formal and colloquial usage. You’ll annotate, evaluate, and refine AI responses to enhance their fluency, clarity, and cultural sensitivity across Latin American and European Spanish variants.
This role is ideal for fluent or native Spanish speakers from any Spanish-speaking region who are passionate about language, dialectal richness, and intercultural communication. Your contributions will help multilingual AI systems better understand the nuances of regional Spanish from slang in Mexico or Argentina to formal Spanish from Spain across applications like chatbots, translators, and search tools.
