About The Role

We’re hiring AI Training Specialists – Korean Language & Contextual Accuracy to enhance AI language models’ understanding of Hangul, formal and casual speech, and modern Korean usage. You’ll review, correct, and annotate AI outputs across different tones (존댓말 vs. 반말), helping ensure cultural correctness and fluency.

This role is ideal for native or fluent Korean speakers with a strong grasp of grammar, honorifics, and idiomatic expressions across entertainment, customer support, education, and everyday conversations.

Responsibilities

  • Annotate AI-generated Korean content for grammar, fluency, and tone.
  • Identify incorrect formality levels and unnatural phrasing.
  • Assist in training AI on summarization, Q&A, translation, and casual conversation.
  • Spot cultural or contextual mismatches in AI responses.
  • Tag regional language nuances and evolving slang.

Qualifications

  • Certificate in Advanced AI Data Trainer Mastery from AIDRALabs (Required).
  • Native or fluent Korean speaker.
  • English proficiency (B1 or higher).
  • Knowledge of Korean honorifics, formal/informal usage, and regional expressions.
  • Experience in translation, editing, or Korean language education is a bonus.
