About The Role

We’re hiring AI Training Specialists – Arabic Language & Regional Dialects to enhance AI’s comprehension of Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and regional variants across the MENA region. You’ll evaluate AI-generated content for clarity, grammar, tone, and cultural alignment, helping to improve its use in translation, conversation, and educational tools.

This role is ideal for fluent Arabic speakers who can recognize and annotate dialectal differences from Gulf Arabic to Egyptian, Levantine, and Maghrebi and help ensure that AI models communicate with cultural accuracy and linguistic fluency.

Responsibilities

  • Review and correct AI-generated Arabic text for grammar, punctuation, and clarity.
  • Annotate dialectal differences and regional variations across Arabic-speaking countries.
  • Help train the AI to distinguish between MSA and local expressions.
  • Flag mistranslations or inappropriate phrasing in cultural or religious contexts.
  • Contribute to sentiment analysis, summarization, and conversational datasets in Arabic.

Qualifications

  • Certificate in Advanced AI Data Trainer Mastery from AIDRALabs (Required).
  • Native or fluent Arabic speaker (MSA + regional dialects).
  • English proficiency (B1 or higher).
  • Linguistic or cultural familiarity with one or more Arab regions.
  • Experience in translation, editing, or teaching Arabic is a plus.
