About The Role

We’re hiring AI Data Trainers – Biomedical Research & Genomics to help shape the future of AI in biomedical sciences. In this role, you’ll evaluate and provide expert feedback on AI-generated content related to genomic data, molecular biology, and biomedical research. Your insights will directly contribute to the development of advanced AI systems capable of understanding and generating scientifically accurate biomedical content.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to biomedical research, genomics, molecular biology, and bioinformatics.
  • Assess the factual and scientific accuracy of content across a range of biomedical topics.
  • Provide domain-specific feedback and corrections to improve model performance and alignment.
  • Collaborate with annotation teams to ensure scientific integrity and consistency in evaluations.
  • Apply structured quality assurance protocols and annotation workflows to validate AI training data.
  • Help refine prompts and evaluation rubrics for biomedical tasks.
  • Follow detailed project guidelines and maintain high standards for accuracy, clarity, and objectivity.

Qualifications

  • Certificate in Advanced AI Data Trainer Mastery from AIDRALabs (Recommended)
  • Advanced knowledge of biomedical literature, experimental design, and/or computational biology.
  • Strong written communication skills, especially in conveying complex scientific information clearly.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in biomedical research, molecular biology, genomics, or a closely related field. Current students studying in these disciplines are also welcome to apply.
  • Familiarity with structured QA workflows or academic peer-review practices.
  • English proficiency at B2, C1, C2, or Native level.
  • Experience working with genomic datasets, research publications, or scientific analysis platforms.
    Exposure to LLM evaluation, AI training, or model alignment tasks.
