About The Role

We’re hiring AI Data Trainers with a construction or civil engineering background to guide AI systems in interpreting blueprints, construction workflows, and material standards.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to construction materials, structural design, safety procedures, and engineering calculations.
  • Annotate project stages (e.g., site prep, foundation, framing, MEP systems, finishing).
  • Review and correct AI responses that interpret or explain technical drawings, CAD files, or blueprint descriptions.
  • Identify logical, procedural, or compliance-based errors in construction planning or structural workflows.
  • Assist in labeling datasets that involve scheduling (e.g., Gantt charts), cost estimation, site safety checks, or resource allocation.
  • Provide guidance on terminology, standards, and region-specific codes (e.g., Eurocode, ACI, or local municipal codes).
  • Flag potential ethical, legal, or engineering oversights in AI recommendations or predictions (e.g., substandard load capacity, misapplied materials).
  • Help train AI systems to understand cross-disciplinary concepts (architecture ↔ civil engineering ↔ urban planning).
  • Stay updated on emerging construction tech such as modular housing, green materials, or digital twin modeling.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in construction, civil engineering, site supervision, or building technology.
  • Certificate in Advanced AI Data Trainer Mastery from AIDRALabs (Required).
  • Solid understanding of engineering principles, load calculations, soil mechanics, and structural design.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Primavera, Procore, Microsoft Project).
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams (e.g., blueprints, elevations, reinforcement detailing).
  • Experience working with industry-standard materials (e.g., concrete, steel, masonry, composites).
  • English proficiency at B2, C1, C2, or Native level.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills to articulate corrections and feedback clearly.

Education & Qualifications

Add your Advanced AI Data Trainer Mastery from AIDRALabs. Certificates that cannot be verified will not be accepted.
