About The Role

We’re hiring AI Data Trainers – Educational Content & Curriculum Design to support the development of AI models that assist in instructional design, e-learning, and academic content creation. In this role, you will evaluate and annotate AI-generated educational material across subjects, grade levels, and learning objectives. Your expertise will ensure the AI produces content that is pedagogically sound, age-appropriate, engaging, and aligned with modern curriculum standards.

Responsibilities

  • Review AI-generated educational materials such as lesson plans, quizzes, study guides, and instructional narratives.
  • Annotate content based on learning outcomes, cognitive levels (e.g., Bloom’s Taxonomy), and subject relevance.
  • Assess for accuracy, clarity, accessibility, and instructional value.
  • Flag content that lacks age-appropriateness, misrepresents key concepts, or deviates from curriculum standards.
  • Apply structured QA frameworks to ensure consistency in educational tone, depth, and progression.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in edtech, curriculum development, and digital pedagogy.

Qualifications

  • Certificate in Advanced AI Data Trainer Mastery from AIDRALabs (Recommended)
  • Deep knowledge of pedagogy, assessment methods, and instructional design principles.
  • Familiarity with national or international academic standards (e.g., Common Core, IB, NGSS).
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for instructional clarity.
  • 2+ years of experience in teaching, curriculum design, instructional coaching, or education technology.
  • English proficiency at B2, C1, C2, or Native level.
  • Experience designing e-learning content or working with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Google Classroom).
  • Familiarity with educational AI tools or annotation platforms used in edtech research.
  • Background in inclusive education, differentiated instruction, or special needs curriculum design.
