About The Role

We’re hiring AI Data Trainers – Image Generation & Diffusion Models to support the development and fine-tuning of AI systems that generate photorealistic, artistic, and abstract images. You’ll review outputs from diffusion-based models, annotate prompts, and provide expert guidance to improve quality, coherence, and prompt-following. Your creative and technical input will help shape next-gen visual generation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated images based on prompt accuracy, style adherence, and visual quality.
  • Annotate prompts, objects, environments, and image properties (e.g., lighting, composition).
  • Identify and correct issues like visual artifacts, semantic mismatches, or ethical concerns.
  • Label image generations by category (e.g., fantasy art, architectural, medical imaging).
  • Provide insights on diffusion-based model behavior, prompt engineering, and stylistic variation.
  • Stay updated on generative AI trends, aesthetic benchmarks, and multimodal alignment methods.

Qualifications

  • Certificate in Advanced AI Data Trainer Mastery from AIDRALabs (Required).
  • 2+ years of experience in digital art, visual design, photography, or computer vision. Current students actively studying in these disciplines are also encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with image generation tools (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, DALL·E, RunwayML).
  • Understanding of visual storytelling, design principles, or prompt crafting techniques.
  • Attention to detail in evaluating visual outputs and content alignment.
  • English proficiency at B2, C1, C2, or Native level.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Photoshop, Blender, or Prompt-to-Image workflows.
  • Knowledge of diffusion models, latent space editing, or CLIP-based scoring systems.
  • Background in generative adversarial networks (GANs) or synthetic dataset creation.
