About The Role

We’re seeking an AI Data Trainers – Legal Tech & Contract Analysis to help enhance AI systems that interpret, summarize, and analyze legal documents. You will annotate and evaluate AI-generated responses related to contracts, clauses, risk language, and compliance frameworks. Your legal insight will ensure the accuracy and precision of models used in legal tech platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Review contract clauses and annotate AI-generated legal interpretations.
  • Evaluate responses for legal accuracy, risk sensitivity, and formatting consistency.
  • Label content across types like NDAs, employment contracts, MSAs, and SLAs.
  • Ensure outputs align with jurisdictional standards and legal best practices.
  • Support LLMs with feedback on logic, tone, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Certificate in Advanced AI Data Trainer Mastery from AIDRALabs (Required).
  • 2+ years experience in contract law, legal tech, or paralegal services.
  • Familiarity with common contract types, regulatory compliance, and legal terminology.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • English proficiency at C1, C2, or Native level.
  • Experience with AI legal assistants or contract analysis tools.
  • Exposure to international legal systems or comparative law.
