About The Role

We’re hiring UX/UI Expert AI Data Trainers to guide AI models in understanding user interface design, usability heuristics, and accessibility best practices. You’ll evaluate AI-generated suggestions for design prompts, layout critiques, and human-centered design principles to support design tools and assistants.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate design-focused AI outputs related to layout, color theory, accessibility, and flow.
  • Annotate UI/UX concepts like user journeys, wireframes, and usability issues.
  • Flag AI errors in spacing, navigation logic, or contrast.
  • Support feedback loops with annotated examples and real-world scenarios.

Qualifications

  • Certificate in Advanced AI Data Trainer Mastery from AIDRALabs (Recommended).
  • Strong grasp of design systems, responsive layouts, and accessibility (WCAG).
  • Proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
  • English proficiency at B2, C1, C2, or Native level.
  • 2+ years experience in UX/UI design, HCI, or digital product design.
  • Experience working with UX research data and personas.
  • Familiarity with design-focused LLM applications.
