About The Role

We’re hiring AI Data Training Associates – Crop & Soil Intelligence with hands-on experience in agronomy, crop science, or soil health. In this role, you’ll help train and refine AI models by reviewing and evaluating content related to crop management, soil diagnostics, and agricultural productivity. Your work will ensure the AI’s understanding aligns with real-world field conditions, scientific best practices, and sustainable agriculture principles.

Responsibilities

  • Review AI-generated outputs focused on crop performance, soil health, nutrient management, and sustainable farming practices.
  • Validate AI content against current agronomic research, precision farming techniques, and soil diagnostics.
  • Annotate and classify data to support accurate AI predictions in areas like crop yield optimization and soil composition analysis.
  • Flag inaccuracies or inconsistencies in data related to irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and planting strategies.
  • Apply structured guidelines to maintain annotation consistency and domain integrity.
  • Provide actionable feedback to improve AI model comprehension in agricultural and environmental contexts.

Qualifications

  • Certificate in Advanced AI Data Trainer Mastery from AIDRALabs (Recommended)
  • 2+ years of experience in agronomy, soil science, crop science, or precision agriculture.
  • Strong understanding of plant nutrition, soil fertility, and field data collection techniques.
  • Familiarity with agricultural extension work, crop advisory services, or lab-based soil diagnostics.
  • Excellent written communication skills and scientific reasoning ability.
  • English proficiency at B2, C1, C2, or Native level.
  • Experience working with AI tools, agricultural decision support systems, or field data platforms.
  • Knowledge of geospatial tools, soil mapping technologies, or precision irrigation systems.
  • Exposure to annotation platforms or AI content validation in the context of agriculture or environmental sciences.
  • Awareness of sustainable farming regulations, regenerative practices, or soil conservation strategies.
