About The Role

We’re hiring AI Training Specialists – Healthcare & Life Sciences with deep domain expertise to review and validate the quality of AI-generated responses in the healthcare and life sciences space. You will assess the work of data annotators to ensure their evaluations meet stringent quality, factual, and domain-accuracy standards. Your insights will directly enhance the reliability and safety of AI models used in medical and life sciences applications.

Responsibilities

  • Review and audit annotator evaluations of AI-generated responses in healthcare and life sciences.
  • Ensure that AI outputs comply with prompt instructions, domain-specific correctness, and ethical standards.
  • Identify factual inaccuracies, bias, or unsafe medical advice in model outputs.
  • Evaluate whether annotator feedback aligns with evidence-based healthcare knowledge and scientific reasoning.
  • Provide clear and actionable feedback to annotators to improve evaluation quality.
  • Maintain consistency and integrity in evaluations according to Project Atlas or similar guideline frameworks.
  • Collaborate with project managers and QA teams to continuously refine evaluation criteria and methodologies.
  • Stay updated on trends and advancements in medical AI, clinical guidelines, and scientific publishing.

Qualifications

  • Certificate in Advanced AI Data Trainer Mastery from AIDRALabs (Recommended)
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a healthcare or life sciences discipline, for example clinical research, public health, pharmaceuticals, or biomedical science. Applications from current medical students studying medicine are welcome.
  • Familiarity with clinical annotation tools, knowledge bases, or scientific datasets.
  • Prior involvement in projects involving medical NLP, question-answering, or AI chatbot evaluation.
  • Strong domain expertise and understanding of scientific rigor in healthcare and life sciences.
  • Excellent critical thinking and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to assess complex content for domain accuracy.
  • Proficiency in English at B2, C1, C2, or Native level.
