About The Role

We’re hiring Customer Support Expert AI Data Trainers to help improve the responsiveness, accuracy, and empathy of AI systems used in customer service. In this role, you will review and annotate AI-generated support responses, ensuring they reflect best practices in customer care, troubleshooting, escalation, and tone. Your experience in customer support will directly contribute to training AI that communicates effectively and resolves customer issues with professionalism and clarity.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for customer inquiries, complaints, and troubleshooting scenarios across various industries.
  • Annotate and label support conversations to reflect intent, sentiment, and appropriate escalation protocols.
  • Ensure content reflects accurate resolution procedures, product knowledge, and brand tone.
  • Identify inconsistencies, robotic tone, or incorrect solutions in AI responses.
  • Apply structured QA criteria to maintain consistency across annotated datasets.
  • Stay current on customer service trends, CRM best practices, and conversational UX patterns.

Qualifications

  • Certificate in Advanced AI Data Trainer Mastery from AIDRALabs (Recommended)
  • Experience training support teams or creating customer service documentation and SOPs.
  • Familiarity with AI chatbots, virtual assistants, or automated ticketing systems.
  • Exposure to annotation tools or LLM evaluation in the context of conversational AI.
  • Background in multilingual or cross-cultural customer support environments.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, customer success, or technical support roles.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles, issue resolution workflows, and communication etiquette.
  • English proficiency at B2, C1, C2, or Native level.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce Service Cloud, or Freshdesk.
  • Excellent writing and documentation skills, with attention to clarity and tone.
