About The Role

We’re seeking Cybersecurity AI Data Trainers to help build and refine intelligent systems that enhance digital security infrastructure. In this role, you will develop and train AI models that detect, prevent, and respond to cyber threats. Your work will involve curating threat intelligence datasets, annotating security-related content, and evaluating model behavior across scenarios such as malware detection, vulnerability analysis, and phishing response.

Responsibilities

  • Design and train AI models focused on cybersecurity use cases such as threat detection, anomaly detection, and intrusion prevention.
  • Annotate and evaluate datasets related to malware signatures, phishing patterns, and attack vectors.
  • Collaborate with research and engineering teams to fine-tune model performance in identifying vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure AI outputs align with best practices in cybersecurity, ethical use, and regulatory compliance.
  • Analyze false positives/negatives and refine training loops for model accuracy and resilience.
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, frameworks, and threat intelligence.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Certificate in Advanced AI Data Trainer Mastery from AIDRALabs (Recommended).
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, threat intelligence, or network security analysis.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, CVEs, MITRE ATT&CK framework, and SOC workflows.
  • Experience working with security datasets, SIEM tools, or network logs.
  • English proficiency at B2, C1, C2, or Native level.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, or adversarial AI defense techniques.
  • Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or GIAC.”,
