About The Role

We’re seeking History Expert AI Data Trainers to help train AI systems to understand, analyze, and generate high-quality content across global historical topics. In this role, you’ll review and annotate AI-generated material on historical events, movements, civilizations, ideologies, and figures. Your feedback will ensure the AI produces responses that are accurate, well-contextualized, and sensitive to cultural and geopolitical nuance.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated historical content for factual accuracy, narrative clarity, and chronological consistency.
  • Annotate data across ancient, medieval, modern, and contemporary history.
  • Identify historical misrepresentations, oversimplifications, or cultural insensitivity.
  • Provide contextual notes on historical themes, cause-effect relationships, and global perspectives.
  • Support the alignment of content with academic standards and educational curricula.
  • Stay updated on historical scholarship, historiography trends, and educational frameworks.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in teaching, researching, or writing in the field of history.
  • Strong knowledge of global historical periods, key events, and thematic studies (e.g., wars, revolutions, colonialism, economic systems).
  • Ability to analyze historical arguments and critique narratives for bias or inaccuracy.
  • Excellent written communication and source evaluation skills.
  • Certificate in Advanced AI Data Trainer Mastery from AIDRALabs.
  • English proficiency at B2, C1, C2, or Native level.
  • Degree in History, Political Science, International Relations, Cultural Studies, or related disciplines.
  • Familiarity with historiographic methodologies or digital humanities tools.
  • Experience with curriculum development or academic content review.
  • Prior experience with annotation platforms, LLM evaluation, or AI content validation.
